Here are some pointers to level up your barbell squat

1. Walk in facing the rack.

2. Use the ring markings on the bar for hand spacing, step under the bar feet firmly planted

3. Walk back from the rack. Feet shoulder with apart, deep breath in for tension in the torso, deep breath in

4. Control tempo down, knees in line with feet, glute squeeze at the top of lift to finish action
